omega team..and first post here...hello!

i have a line on a 2016, 311.33.42.30.01.001 omega speedmaster. the hesalite plexi model on strap.

it is from retailer sales case, but does not have the extra nylon straps, presentation box, papers, magnifier, spring bar tool, etc. it is the exact model on the omega website less the presentation materials.

the deal can be completed at $2750 total...bottom line in chicago, il usa.

the watch is 100% new and with an original omega deployment alligator strap. retailer offering a 2 year warranty as well.

the best price i have seen from other dealers and ebay is $3100 total bottom line.

do i take it or look for a better deal?

Who owns the retail sales case? an AD? I'm always skeptical about an offer of a relative new/modern watch, in this case a 100% new (meaning never worn to me), but all its original accessories are not accounted for???? How did the watch find its way to the retailer's sales case?? IMO, you may be able to get the same or similar model (e.g. 3570.50) with all the accessories for perhaps lesser few bucks, and this would be my preference..

Beware if a deal looks too good !!! $350 extra from an AD is worth it, is the $3100 near you they might throw in the first service (few years away) but well worth using local build up a realtionship with them you may but more watches from them give then all the ideas and keep trying

i have confirmed, the retailer is an AD for Rolex, Omega, Hamilton, Weil and a few other sub $1000 brands.
also, the AD is out of state shipping to Chicago.

for clarity, the model is a display case model...thus the discount being offered to me.

i see he is asking $2995 while I have $2750 for the same set up...based on your link anyway.

i specifically do not want a bracelet or sapphire x-tal. i think the omega bracelets look awful...(sorry, much more of a 3 link rolex oyster guy!)..as i plan to wear it on the black deployant, have a custom brown croco made and purchase a few perlons in various colors.
