The watch looks to be all original. Condition is not the greatest, but radium tends to degrade dials and hands over 80 years.
Price is reasonable, not too high or too low. It will likely require a service at some point.

Your watch is from the 1940’s and has its original radium dial. That means it is still radioactive (even though it no longer glows in the dark). The radiation, over time, will affect the original lacquer on the dial. This is what causes the uneven toning that you see.

Thank you so much. I have searched and compared similar watches. I found a similar watch, but the color is different. Can you help me to understand? What is the difference? Does the seller of the photo below reprint it and now it safe to wear or what as I did not get it, why it surface of the watch shiny and white or the radiation does not affect lacquer on the dial.
