·Hi thank you for adding me to omega forums much appreciated,I’ll get straight down to the point in question my niece phoned me approx two weeks ago she knows I like watches and told me her fella had inherited a watch from his late father they had just been to the jeweller and had had a battery put in it and said it’s got some issues niece said it was an omega 9ct gold would I like to buy it I said yes more or less not knowing what it was at time so bought watch works perfect until hour hand sticks at 7 o’clock after some research realised it was a f300 hz chronometer 398.5001 apparently it cost £ 660 in 70s so needs repair could you tell me best place for repairs please will see if I can add photos never done this before
