    Hello all,
I recently aquired this Omega Seamaster De Ville. From the reactions ive had sofar, also from specialists, i understand this is a rare type of dial.
It was the dial that struck me in the first place and led me to buy the watch.
The watch has a monocoq case, is stainless steel.
Is there anybody who can tell me more about this specific dial, the year, if the crown is original, etc?
    Thanks in advance.

    I like it on mesh.

Any chance of photos of the inside? Or do you know the calibre and case number?

I think its a 550. As it opens through glass/upper bezel, i leave it this way for now. The watch runs less then 10 sec behind after 60 hours.

The crown is probably a replacement. It should be a scalloped type. The watch is from the years 1963 - 1967. While not the garden variety dial pattern, it's not exactly rare. There were a few variations including a clamshell guilloché and a quadrant dial in those years. Nice watch.
