This Flagship just arrived an hour ago -- a day earlier than expected, to add to my happiness -- and I am just so very happy with it. Had to share. This is an instant keeper!

    Ref 3104-4, cal. 340

Pardon the choice of strap -- I realize it is not the most suitable, but it's the only one I had lying around that fit at the moment.

If you mean the enamel, yeah, almost all gone. I imagine little will be left of it after wearing the watch for a while...

Borrowed a black strap from another watch. A bit better, but still needs a nicer strap I think.

Great watch! If you're handy with a fine brush, nail enamel can be used in a pinch to restore the missing enamel on the caseback.

A brown alligator strap would be nice! Nice condition!

No worries! It's worked in the past for me. It won't last forever but it does last a long time and it's cheaper than model paints or true enamelling.

Gorgeous dial shade. What vintage is this one?

1960s most likely, but I sent Longines an email to know for sure

Any experience with acrylic paint? Would probably last longer?

Love the 'font' (if that is the right word) of the numerals. The watch itself seems to be in superb condition.

    Great pic up! Congratulations.

+1 for a dark brown strap on it

Would go croc or ostrich due to being a thicker case than a slim case. Tend to reserve lizard for thinner cased watches like manuals. ( Less of a gap from the lugs to where the strap contacts the wrist ) ;)
