Well, that one won’t help

On the Lume comment........T’s pre and post Swiss Made indicates markers and hands should be lumed

And there is a long thread here just on constellations with tons of nice hi Rez pix to study the fonts and serifs and spacing and crosshairs and highly polished cases from the ones that are not.

Yep I understand now re the markings next to Swiss made. Thanks for the education, and I will check that thread out. Cheers

Pictures in natural light with no flash is best and at hi Rez.

Post what you find, photographed well..... AND with your evaluation from your study & our collective wisdom can assist at that point.

I think it was a mistake to draw the line in between the Omega symbol

It's rather that the lines should go all the way, i.e. through the text, rather than being broken.

Plus the Ts only appeared in 1963/64 while this is a 50s watch.

Yup, was just gonna add the same info. The font itself isn't too bad, actually, we've definitely seen worse.

Regarding your question of what it's worth: I agree with the contradicting info posted above, which means I'd say its value (from a collectors perspective) is relatively low at a few hundred dollars, yet it'll likely still fetch 1000$ or a bit more if sold on eBay or, even better, C24.

Sorry folks, whilst accepting all of the critical points made, I really like this watch. The case and back have been around the block....hey-ho.
The bracelet or links may be wrong but it's a BOR, so,so comfortable! A service crown but a decagonal.
Absolutely love the dial and arrow furniture....IMHO a smart redial.
Were it mine I'd get it running well and wear it with pride. Thanks for showing it.

Someone already gave you the best advice: that's a nice watch anyway, wear it in good health and be happy.
Stick around and your next vintage omegas will be fully original 😉

Yeah thanks, but there's so much to comprehend with these beautiful pieces of work, that I may just stick to a casio in future. I'll leave it to the experts, as my fingers still warm 🙁:whipped:🙁
