··Ωf Jury memberDue to a slew of recent wristwatch purchases, I've decided to sell this extraordinary piece in order to help balance the lopsided books.
It is a 50mm pocket chronograph/tachymeter, featuring an 18 ligne, 17 jewel cal. 39 CHRO movement (a collaboration with LeCoultre, first produced in 1929). It features a beautiful enamel dial, purple-hued steel hands, and dates to around 1931. The lower sub-dial is a second counter for the the basic time function, while the upper one is a 30 minute counter connected to the stop-watch and tachymeter functions.
Some time ago I wrote a detailed post on this piece, which also includes some superb related advertisements and technical graphics. Have a look:

The watch is in excellent condition throughout, and the only flaw that I am aware of is a subtle, barely noticeable hairline in the enamel dial (just below 5:00). All functions work correctly, and the registers reset perfectly. It has not been tested for accuracy, however, and I do not know the last date of service.
The photos speak for themselves, and these are not easy to find in such exceptional condition - especially in sterling silver. I am asking $1,375.00 or NRO. Paypal fees and FedEx delivery within the U.S. are included at the asking price. Foreign buyers, please contact me for shipping options and costs.
Feel free to ask any questions!
