The issue for me is that eBay doesn't show any listings that don't ship to Canada.
Not sure if this can be changed in settings

Just look on ebay.com instead of ebay.ca. You have to ask the seller to edit the listing to allow shipping to Canada but at least you see all the listings.

Yes that does work. Its just a bit cumbersome.
I actually think adding a US address to my secondary address may work...
