My uncle owns an Eterna chronograph like the one in the photo below which is pretty cool. I always have a hard time keeping my eyes off it when we meet. It’s a real looker

That a stunner. Be a nice nephew and continue to express your admiration. 😇

They are fantastic, especially the Kontiki line of the late 50’s, early 60’s. And the divers of course. One of the unsung hero’s of Swiss watch brands. My 3 Kontiki collection.

I really like vintage Eterna’s simple and done well. I have a pair, an automatic from 1969 and a manual from 1971. I’m not obsessed but I do enjoy wearing them a lot.

Can contribute only the one, but it's one I really like - an Eterna-Matic Centenaire Ref 765 from 1962. I have a thing for square watches, and this one is a favorite. Eterna is one rabbit hole that is worth diving into deeply, I think.

That date font is new to me, i haven’t seen that type of numbers before. Really nice watch!

I picked up this 18ct gold Eterna some years ago - I loved the classic 1960s style. Unfortunately it was admired by a friend who offered me such a good trade for something I had wanted from him, so it no longer graces my collection.

The favorite model is the one without date, only time. I have two models of these, one of which is complete, even with the original Gay Frères bracelet. I'm in love with the size (37mm) and how accurate the machines (130T) are.

A model, for example, has the number 5165140, of probable manufacture from 1965. I walk with him up and down, especially at home, because I live in Belém, in the Brazilian Amazon, and the rain comes at any time and without warning, I'm afraid he "drowns".

In this photo is a bracelet that came when I bought it and was still unreviewed.
