Eterna KonTiki 1957-58 Pre-Release Database Check (Mvmt 4.19

Hi everyone,I am seeking database insights, community tracking information, and historical literature scans on an exceptionally early, expertly curated 1957–1958 Eterna-Matic KonTiki First Execution package.

Given its combined technical parameters, this piece appears to represent a true "Pre-Release" transitional field variant assembled right at the absolute genesis of the model line. The heart of the watch is a late-1957 production engine (Movement Serial: 4,192,322) housing the base Caliber 1414U layout rather than the later standardized 1414UD sports caliber. Crucially, the inner caseback is entirely free of the 130T reference engraving, carrying only the solitary, pre-catalog case-maker "A" (Acier) stamp, paired with a beautiful, crisp flat-engraved exterior steel raft caseback.

The glossy black Radium-226 dial has aged into a stunning, uniform "Stardust" patina and retains its highly elusive, early luminous diamond-tipped lozenge seconds hand—matching Eterna's earliest 1958 promotional trade sketches before full-scale production models were simplified to plain needle sweep hands. The original crystal remains intact, displaying the iconic micro-etched central 5-dot logo hovering directly over the hand pinion, controlled by the correct, original recessed five-dot signature crown. To complete this museum-grade reference, I have spent months sourcing a period-perfect, ultra-rare undated Breveté Gay Frères steel brick bracelet carrying the model-specific "KH" end-link stamps contoured precisely for this early step-case.

The packaging includes a 1950s Eterna teal-cyan/red velvet presentation box carrying a vintage Belgian estate address fountain pen inscription on the base ("M. Ghyselen - De Pinte / Manitoba Laan"), alongside a blank, new-old-stock Swiss-printed Spanish export warranty certificate (Boletín de Garantía with print control code 6000-4/4).Mechanically, the gear train is performing phenomenally, field-testing on the wrist at near-zero daily deviation across 3 days, yielding an active multi-day power reserve.

My Questions for the Community:The 1414U Registry Check: Does anyone else in the community have a verified KonTiki logged in their registry from the late-1957 4.19M block? If so, does yours also utilize the base 1414U caliber layout or feature a different handset variation?

The "A-Stamp" Survival Ratio: For the Eterna reference scholars, do we have an estimated survival ratio or known range for these pre-catalog 'A-stamp' inner lids versus the standardized 130T stamped pieces that followed in late 1958?

The Lozenge Hand Cut-Off: Is there an established serial number cut-off point in early 1958 when Eterna officially discontinued the diamond-tipped lozenge seconds hand in favor of plain needle sweep hands?

Paperwork Archive Identification: Does anyone have access to old European export logs that track the printing control number 6000-4/4 found on the bottom corner of this Swiss-printed Spanish warranty paper?

Gay Frères Clasp Chronology: For the Gay Frères specialists, is there a consensus on the exact year block when GF transitioned away from the lone "Breveté" clasp stamping over to the quarter/year dated stampings?

Archival Literature & Launch Run Proof: Does anyone in the community possess digital scans of 1957 or early 1958 Swiss dealer catalogs, international distributor launch sheets, or internal factory literature?

I am eager to see if there is any written record tracking how Eterna designated these late-1957 4.19M movement batches, or if there is documented evidence of this unstandardized 'A-stamp' case configuration being designated as an internal test, experimental batch, or promotional pre-production field run prior to the official 130T commercial launch.Any insights, database comparisons, or archival information would be incredibly appreciated!

I'm afraid my watch was trashed. So I restored it the best I could within a acceptabele budget. But as you can see a lot of original details are gone... The before and after pictures... : )

No. It was sold through eBay, and I simply saved the images to my hard drive years ago. But if care to do some serious detective work, perhaps this will help...😀
