·Up for sale is my Enicar Star Diver in absolutely superb condition. Running very well.
Comes with a screw down crown but as with all things vintage, please do not assume this watch is waterproof unless you have had the case and seals tested by a professional watchmaker.
Comes on a new Zulu brown leather NATO strap.
The Sherpa Star Diver was introduced in the late 1960’s with a 44mm case in diameter.
The dial is black, and does not have the Enicar Saturn logo which is standard for this model, but this is engraved on the case back. The case back has the Seapearl Oyster and is marked Sherpa Star Diver. The dial is dished and has applied indexes, with the day at 6 o’clock and the date at 12 o’clock. The hands are short arrow head in style with painted tips, and the second hand is a white lollipop.
The bezel is bidirectional with a chapter ring broken into alternating 15 minute sections.
Whilst it is 44mm it sits very well on the wrist and looks great on my 7.25 inch wrist.
Looking for£1,850 £1,750 by BT please and includes RMSD in UK. Can discuss postage options outside of the UK.
I have higher resolution photos, just drop me a PM with your email address.
Any questions, please ask.
Cheers,
Steve
