Hey Peeps- As pretty as she is, she is just not getting any wrist time. So back on the market. Id like to sell or trade this Enicar Sherpa Graph Mk2b. As far as cash offers, I'm looking for around $7500 USD. For trades, I'm primarily looking for 321 speedmasters, or classic SM300 (2913, 165.014, etc.) But really am happy to hear all offers! Originally owned by @jordn, here is his description: It's a watch that has garnered much attention for its association with Jim Clark, the winner of two F1 world championships ('63, '65). It contains the venerable Valjoux 72 movement made famous by watches such as the Rolex Paul Newman Daytona, Universal Geneve Nina Rindt Compax, and the Heuer Carrera. Ref: 314962 - 072/001 Case material: Stainless steel Case diameter: 40mm without crown, 20mm lug width Movement: Valjoux 72 - manual wind, column wheel chronograph, 17 jewels, 18,000 beats per hour, 48 hr power reserve Condition Report Dial: All original. Black dial with silver sub-registers is in perfect, un-refinished condition. There's some wear on the tachymeter ring and minor oxydation on the hands. Original patinaed lume. Case: high grade case made by EPSA. Original pushers and crown. The case is unpolished and in great overall condition. Some surface scratches throughout. The case back markings are super sharp Movement: modified Valjoux 72 movement decorated in copper tones was serviced earlier this year by the previous owner in England. The movement is running strong and everything functions as it should. *Picture of the movement is from the previous owner as I do not have the proper tools at the moment - end of condition report -
Hey Guys- Gonna let this roll through the weekend. Will probably pull it for another time if I can't find a trade. Just wanted to be transparent! Cheers, Dave
Regret not buying this from Paul Gavin when he posted... It was a high price at the time! Alas best I have to offer is a transitional 68 which I'd have to pry from my girlriend's wrist, so not a 321. But good luck with trade (or sale)! A real stunner!
Bump, similar one (albeit w ivory dial) just sold on Chronotrader for 10.9k Euro (12k USD): http://chronocentric.com/forums/chronotrader/index.cgi?page=1;md=read;id=53049
