hi guys, I wanted to present you a rare bird. It is the Enicar Sherpa graph 'Jim Clark' with a Valjoux 72 first finition! I really love it. Here are some pics and an interesting link of Fratellowatches. Hope you enjoy it! http://www.fratellowatches.com/tbt-enicar-sherpa-graph-jim-clark/
Very cool. Love the minute and hour hand design. I know you have no intention of selling but I have to declare "dibs".
It really is stunning...all the flair of the original Daytona's and pre-Daytona's with none of the fuss. Would love to have this watch...so if that dibs from AAAKK doesn't take off I am second in line for this one.
Thanks guys! It is really a gem. I also have a Daytona 6239 but this one is definetely rarer and better finished from my eyes! ...and sorry, i am not selling it!
Not even for 15,000 euros...? Seriously though, how many versions of the sherpa graph are there? This is MkI, I assume the version with stick hands and orange chrono hand is MKII...? Is there an "official" count?
Not even €15.000! Perhaps €20.000 in some years )) I remember when i bought my UG Nina Rindt about 7 years ago. A lot of people were laughing...now they are crying Here an interesting link of different versions https://boldwatches.wordpress.com/2...of-the-yearand-highly-sought-after-worldwide/
Lovely watches! Did not really know about them but should definitively learn more! Thanks for sharing
Hello All, I am new here and am looking for some information regarding a watch that has just come into my possession. I know a little about it but am hoping someone might be able to tell me some more please. It was owned by my father and I have just inherited it. He bought it back in the late 50's early 60's while working in the RAF. Possibly in Hong Kong but thats all I know. There are a few features on the watch that seem a little different to those shown. Unfortunately the case is missing and my father certainly seemed to wear the watch in his earlier years. H
Looks like @io8194 's mark I sherpagraph, except that hands have been swapped out with later replacements (and those subdial hands don't look like they're from an Enicar). Dibs!! But it's your dad's watch, you should have it cleaned up - and enjoy it knowing that there's lots of folks who want one!
Beautiful watch on Jim Clark, one my heroes that got me interested in Lotus cars--specifically Lotus racing cars.
