Anything i missed ? Besides the wrong bezel and new hands it does look ok for the price.
    Even has the original crown.

Italian seller with a tarted up watch (new bezel insert and hands) and no movement photos. Bit of a gamble...

Applied logo and 27m serial number, so it should be a transitional model. More than I would have wanted to pay but the transitional 861's seem to be going really high price these days. I already have a spare DON bezel so that should sort it out nicely.

Will see how it looks when I get it :)

Picked up the 861 transitional today. Looks in reasonable condition, dial has a few marks which couldnt be seen in the ad. Also movement serial number is 2808xxxx which makes more sense considering the 145.022-69 case back.

Will need a full service and correct aged hands but thats pretty standard, overall a nice watch :)

Started to strip down the watch and unfortunately it looks like its a 321 dial without dial feet. A bit disappointed that its not a true transitional but most likely a standard '69 with the wrong dial.

I do have a good standard '69 dial so might just put the watch back to standard since there is no way to be certain if the watch originally came with an applied logo dial :(

Well that's a bummer - hopefully they just used dial dots and didn't glue it in place!

It looks like the dial feet have been cut off and the dial is loose. Havent looked at it any further as so far its been a disappointing day :(

    That would upset me.

I am sure you can send it back. That is not as described.

If you do decide to keep it, I did have some feet soldered onto a chocolate dial with no burns or problems. The dial restorer was very reluctant and filled the air between us with caveats, but it worked out.

pm me for his details if want to go down that route.

    best of luck with It.
