Hello watchaholics,

I would like your advice on a purchase i am considering - El primero Class 4 ( pic attached). I am a big fan of the legendary movement. But I have concerns on the dial. I am not an expert but the watch is from the 90's but the lume looks almost vintage! It looks puffed and i get the feeling it may start flaking soon.
1.) Is this my imagination?
2.) If not then is this common on this model? any experiences so far? ( All my google searches returns crisp white numerals)
3.) Would replacing the dial at SC be too expensive?
4.) I am being offered this for around 2K USD. Too much?

Any advice would be great!
