Newly acquired Seamaster via trade-in. It has just arrive to my delight. After inspection I am curious and need your knowledge to assess authenticity. Here are my thoughts:
- case in pretty good shape, althougt crown already replaced with "asian after market" one
- dial is very clean, probably redone.
- caliber 355 working well.

In both way I will keep this Seamaster regardless of its authenticity.

Being new in this hobby I would want you to educate me.

Case is indeed polished, to what degree I find it hard to judge from those pictures.
Dial is redone - when the watch was produced, Omega didn’t do sunburst finishes.
Can’t really judge if the movement needs a service from the pictures, chances are good it does.
If you like it anyway I say wear it in good health 😀

It will be serviced before wearing especially watch servicing where I am is fortunately not that expensive.
