École Professionnelle de Tramelan - identification & value?

I would appreciate some help identifying and valuing this vintage Swiss watch.

The dial reads:

ÉCOLE PROFESSIONNELLE
TRAMELAN
CHRONOMÈTRE

The watch is in very good/excellent overall condition, especially considering its age. The dial is original as far as I can tell, the case is in very nice condition, and the watch is currently running properly and keeping time.

The movement is manually wound and appears to be a high-quality Swiss movement. I have attached photos of both the dial and movement. There is a “591” marking/number visible on the movement, but I am not certain what exactly it refers to.

I understand that watches from École Professionnelle de Tramelan can be interesting because of their connection with Swiss watchmaking schools, and I would particularly like to know more about this specific example.

Could anyone help with:

1. Identifying the movement/calibre and approximate production date.
2. Confirming what the “591” marking represents.
3. Identifying the case/maker if possible.
4. Most importantly, what would be a realistic market value for a watch like this in its current condition?

I'm not looking for an insurance value or an optimistic auction estimate - I'm mainly interested in what it could realistically sell for to a collector.
