I don’t see any red flags. Seller seems to have a good reputation too.

one bit of (unsolicited) advice: you might try to find out if eBay plans to open the caseback as part of its Authenticity Guarantee inspection. (They may not with a new dive watch like this.) If they do, I’d urge you to take the watch to a shop that can perform a pressure test before you expose it to water. There might be small fee for doing this, but it’ll be worth the peace of mind. I’m betting eBay will do its own pressure test if they do open the watch, but it’s not the kind of thing you want to take on faith.

Are you in the UK? There aren't any red flags to this listing that I can see. As for ebay authentication, I believe that is only available to U.S. sellers and buyers.

How much more is it to just buy it new from Omega? My quick math seems like not that much.
US retail is $7300. You may be able to get some discount from many ADs. I don't know prices in the UK, but that ebay pricing is still a moderately decent discount from full MSRP in the US.

Thanks to you for all of your advice. However, lol

We took a trip to an AD Goldsmiths, yesterday (Father's day in UK) not too far from where we live. It was really keen to try some watches on to get the feel for them as there was a couple I had my eye on. No matter what I tried on, nothing seemed to compare to the fit and look of the no date black dial seamaster (milanese bracelet). I wasnt quite prepared for how good this was on my wrist, and how it much better it looked in real life compared to all the pictures id seen. Id also read mixed reviews on the comfort of the braclet but on my 7inch wrist its a perfect fit.

I also was surprised how easy it was to get a deal on the price, maybe its getting towards the end of the month not sure. £6100 rrp reduced to £5500. So now im a proud owner of a beautiful seamaster. Best Father's Day ever. 😀

Big congrats. Currently my favourite Seamaster model out there & probably my next pick up, but on the rubber. Deals can be had at ADs, and it’s always worth asking.

Show some pictures & also mothers that you tried.

I was all set to get the a’SeaWeed’ then tried this on. It’s been a toss up between this & going back to Speedy. But 90% certain it’s this.
