Only flaw I can see is movement is a 24m which dates it to 67

Not expert enough yet to tell anything about lugs/crown/pushers, to my non-expert eye the hands seem original.

No Dot over 90 bezel unfortunately.

Serial number is fine for a 105.003-65. This reference was produced until 1969.

It might just be the lighting, but the hands look very white or even blue-ish considering it's a '67. On the other hand, they match the indices (which are missing lume in some places) I'm no expert, but they might have been replaced.

Agreed, @Esmarch , the hue doesn't look original. Looks like the lume has been stripped off the dial, leaving just the markings underneath. The hands look like replacements but can't be sure. The dial looks original though, albeit touched up. Otherwise the aforementioned replacement bezel and the caseback looks polished. Were I an olympic judge, I'd say 5/10 as the nice patina is what gives these guys a lot of character.

Also... not sure about the "48" end links... any ideas, anyone?

I have observed that these 105.003-65 example's hands often seam to keep their colour quite well. The same discussion arose when I showed pictures of mine of which I am pretty sure they have never been replaced (100% sure for the last 30 years that I own it).
Especially when the lume turns into this nice vanilla tone, they tend to stand out stark white.

What worries me more is that on the fourth pic it looks like the second edge on the back seems to be polished away on one (upper) half, or is this just the lighting?
