These do not appear in Ebayland very often. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/392046192420
Hmm .. 2 hours up the road from me?! If any of you stateside guys win, let me know and I can facilitate delivery as I spend most of my time south of the border.
The seller has a bucket load of watches for sale, and some really nice ones! I don't know if they'll post to me though
After finding the bezel and hands, this will be rather pricey, I think. I'm surprised even these hour/minute hands are mis-matched.
Thanks for this offer. I've helped a number of OF members with US purchases, and it is a lot of fun to help the community...a testament to the trust on here.
This will be a good example of the value of 2915s, and this is a -2 with a multitude of issues. Some may like the dial since it's browned, but it's got some nasty spots. Even in this condition, I'm going to guess it sells between 60k and 75k usd. But it may well sell before the auction ends for a price we won't be privy to.
I've looked closely at several of his items, and it's interesting that the seller doesn't really make an effort to include all of the photos and information that someone would need to make a really strong bid.
35k and not one day in. My 60 to 75 estimate may have been conservative. Anyone care to guess the cost of hands and bezel? They are at least as scarce as the watches.
Bidding on an eBay auction at any other time other than 4-1 seconds till the end. Who are you people??
