I'm sure many of you have seen this listing so I curious what the experts think. I am just coming up to speed on these, but it looks pretty nice and mostly correct to me with the possible exception of the crown. I also wonder whether the Type D bezel is correct for the serial. The seller says the serial is 24.2M, but looking at the photo, it actually seems to be 25.5M, so maybe it's ok. The color of the lume is suspiciously attractive and the seller has zero feedback for watches, so one wonders how he has so much information about this piece. Maybe he cut-and-pasted the description from another listing and forgot to update the serial.

As always, you could ask for a uv light test video, record the uv and see how quickly the UV dies out (assuming if he knows what to do first in first place).

Crystal looks abit strange, almost bulbous?

Second hands need a thorough look through.

Hour and minute hands look relumed.

Ask for a crown shot and also back case, and inside backcase for a thorough look through.

Last but not least, how much is he asking for?

very nice 516 and 1039 bracelet, that alone is worth quite a tidy bit.
but the bids are at 5700 usd, i reckon this would go at about 6500-7000 usd easily considering the bracelet price.

i would def ask for a UV shot, shoth 45degree from 3 and 9 o'clock

but the most disturbing things for me is the case as it should be, in top down view, wider than the bezel and it seems it had some polish already

 

Great observation. I felt that the photo seemed wrong to me, but I couldn't put my finger on it, but there are several photos showing the watch from the dial side and the case is not visible in any of them. It should at least be visible on the crown side.

 

Just two shots of mine. For me the reference point is the case at 9, the space from bezel to facette

 

I'm not an expert so.....I'm curious about those hands, although some of the lume has fallen out, the rest of it almost looks too perfect, usually that aged T has texture to it. And the lume on the dial, doesn't that start to shrink and dry over time, leaving the pain below the lume plots visible?

I tried to snipe it, but not nearly high enough.

 

Even with the bracelet, that seems to be a large number for it. But the prices for these are all over the place at the moment.
