·For sale is my early (s/n 56808) 2447S with the desirable eggshell dial. This early Carrera has the correct unsigned crown and is original.
Also, particular to these early Carrera's is the poly back and the Heuer Leonidas bridge.
Movement - the Valjoux 72 was fully serviced in 2019 by our friend Abel Court in Belgium.
Case - is in good shape with the serial number visible. There are marks on the case and is expected for a 55+ year old watch.
Dial - is also in good shape and retains it's nice off white color. There is some darkening around the upper edges.
Hands - are in very good shape and are all correct. I believe the hour/minute hands have likely been relumed in the past, but look great.
Crown - original and winds and sets the time nicely. At servicing, Abel and I decided to straighten this crown even though the stem was a little bent.
Band - comes on a newer Hermes style strap with aftermarket Heuer buckle.

This is an excellent price. Rich's Heuer Price Guide puts the range for a "good" condition 2447S eggshell at between $8450-10400.
Remember full $1000+ service less than a year ago by the master of Heuer horology.
