I came across this today, and I wonder if anyone knows anything about it? Obviously quite early, but interesting to see the 24 hour dial, which I thought generally dated to WWII - this looks earlier to me. Seller's pictures obviously too soft to make out any calibre number, etc.
    Any info?

    Hi,
Not unusual for a Watch from this period. 24h dials existed on pre WWI Pocket watches and also on wristwatches from around 1915-1920.

Here for example in the 1917 catalog :

And a couple of examples from my collection :

(classical dial with inner 24h in red ink)

    (same with fixed lugs)

(wrong hands on this one but unusual dial with the 24h outside the minutes railroad)

(variation with 24 h indication in the minutes railroad)

On all dials with inner inscription, the number 18 is printed in the second subdial where the 5, 6 and 7 are not.
