I have 7 Rolex watches from 1915 to early 1950s, and two modern ones. None of them show that logo. Your dial has (IMO) been re-done. With the exception of the 1915 Rolex, all my dials show the crown trade mark.

Hands are mismatched as well. It is possible that the movement is at least marked “Rolex”, but one needs to be careful with these early Rolex watches. They did not own their own factory early on and purchased movements from other companies.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. Many other companies did this. However, it does make it very easy to fake early Rolex watches by taking other movements and replacing parts.

Since we cannot see the movement, there is no way to comment on it.
