It looks original to me, and the seller has plenty of feedback, and other decent watches. Cannot comment on price though

 

The retail price of that PO was $4,400 and it is a discontinued model. It is listed as new so the price seems reasonable to me. You might try messaging the seller and ask whether he might accept a price under $3,000.
