I'm not 100% sold on the dial on this watch being original. All the Ref. 168.045/368.845 dials look like this:
Note the absence of the raised "Omega" lettering on this dial.
Now, there was another model that used a very similar case, but contained a non-chronometer rated cal. 752 movement. That was the Ref. 366.0857. Mondodec wrote a review of that particular model here:

Note that the eBay watch seems to have the dial with the raised lettering from the cal. 752 version and the "officially certified" script on the dial. I've not seen one like that before.
While I've learned to never say never when it comes to vintage Omegas, the fact that I can't find another example with the same combination of dial, movement and case on what is otherwise a rather common example of a Constellation doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies. At nearly US$900, I'd need to feel pretty warm and fuzzy to make an offer.
Something doesn't feel right with this one,
