I have a couple of Dunhill ciggy lighters, Dad always had one, and I always loved how they were so beautifully made.
Even though I don’t smoke ( never took it up) I use them all the time, whenever I need the secret of fire.
It makes for a pretty stylish way to light the oxy acetylene torch!
I rebuilt them both as you can still get the parts.
Here they are with dad’s old cigar box, which I use the store small odds n’ ends like dad’s Omega stopwatches etc.
Which I s’pose now I’ll need to post pix of those too now

Nice. The Rollagas was an exceptional lighter- the perfect weight, solid flip of the top and smooth feel of the wheel (that doesn’t tear the thumb up). These and the ST DuPont’s are always worth having just as beautiful mechanical objects.

That's pretty neat. Back when I was into pipe tobacco I owned a couple of Dunhill Amber root pipes. They were pretty easy to trade off, Dunhill pipes are a lot like Rolex watches.
I agree. The white spot dunhill pipes are like Rolex. All the roads lead to them.
