I have a 145.014 -69 with a drop chrono hand, serial 31.06x.xxx. Any idea from what model this could have been taken, most likely at a service in the 70:ies? Just curious..... Edit: from what model

 

with a movement S/N 31xxxxx it's most likely late 1970 early 71 so that might match about right. Mark II's from '69 are in the 28xxxxx-29xxxx range I believe.

 

Ok. Thanks for the update. This should then suit quite well with the (30) stamp on the bracelet, instead of the earlier (11) what I have heard was on the first 69’s. I have a EOA ordered, hopefully will come soon. I was just a bit curious about the chrono hand.
