    On the local market, I see such a watch:

    Does anybody met with this? What is there movement?

    Is it possible that Doxa branded this VJ72c movement as a 222?

    Yes. A lot of companies did minor (sometimes not so minor) modifications and gave them caliber numbers unique to that brand.
