·It’s not possible to know which case this left the factory in from just the dial, at best you could figure out which caliber movement, maybe by measuring the center post to sub center center post distance and see if that is specific enough to indicate one caliber? Offhand I would guess a cal 262 but that’s just a guess. If you were lucky you might find other examples of this exact dial and see what case they are in, but that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily the case THIS dial was in.
