Does anyone have any idea what manufacturer produced the 'dot over 90' bezels for the 321 Speedys? Reason I'm asking is I've noticed that Universal Geneve Tri-Compaxes from that era use virtually the same bezel. I'm merely curious as to how that relationship may have worked. Thanks!

Makes you want to see if they're interchangeable, doesn't it?

I'm not sure they're interchangeable now that I think about it. Those UG's are 36mm.

Not 100% sure, but possibly the same manufacturer as the case: Huguenin Frères

Wow! Both are dot-over 90s!! So now I really would like to know who the manufacturer was, and, if they would produce more? I would LOVE to see dot over 90 bezels again!! :)

From my understanding, old 321 Speedys were made by several manufacturers. Are bezels often made by the case manufacturers, or are they made by another 3rd party? It'd be interesting to track this down and then find out the UG bezels shared the same manufacturer. I know watchmaking was pretty incestuous back in the day, which is funny, because today, everyone gets all worked up about things being made in-house.

The "in house" craze came during the last 20 years. Nobody cared back in the days.....

The bezels may have been made by different manufacturers, though the bezel inserts should have been made in the same place. There are not known different dies for the insert bezels.
