Can anyone help me with information on this rare find? It's my understanding that the Heuer brothers began selling time only watches like this one because of poor chronometer sells. I believe this watch is before the Tag Heuer company. Information is very limited when you Google the name Dorlin watch co. Any information is much appreciated.

Well first Tag purchased Heuer in 1980 or so. They then became Tag Heuer.

Hmm... rotor looks like it does not match the movement. It has a US import code on it... can you tell if that is GYO or CYO or something else? How about a clear shot of the shield on the bottom right Which looks like an AS shield?

Movement appears to be a AS 1447/1396/1476 family which Heuer used and so did many other people... My guess was it was an inhouse watch for a jewelry store, and the movement has had the Heuer rotor added later in a service.

You are very close. Movement is AS 1361 N , and GYO is stamped. I will post additional pics. The inside back has the Heuer mark. The rotor was very easy to remove. Thank you for your input
