I have 5/8", 11/16", and 3/4" in Small Medium & Large.

Small: wrist size 6 1/2" to 7"
Medium: wrist size 6 3/4" to 7 1/2"
Large: wrist size 7 1/4" to 8 1/4"

5/8": 15.6mm, you can file to 15mm.
11/16": 17mm, you can file to 16mm.
3/4": 19mm, you can file to 18mm.
