Hi all,

For all those Mad Men fans out there I'm sure you're well aware that much has been written about Don Draper's wristwatches. He has donned (pun intended) a JLC Reverso, a Rolex Explorer and an Omega Seamaster de Ville among many. I've been watching Season 6 lately and can see that he is wearing a gold watch of some sort but can't find anything about it online. Does anyone have any insights? To my untrained eye, it does look a bit like a Constellation.....

 

Who can tell from those pictures? Might be a Centenary 2500. Isn't there some sort of website that kept track of his watches?

 

Apparently not. I was just doing a search of Watchville. You’d think they had a tracker on this.

 

I was watching season 1 of this, thought I saw Draper's boss wear a Rolex bubbleback. Pretty cool.

 

I have no clue at all but it does somehow look like an electric watch, maybe an Accutron/Hamilton or Wittnauer electric.

I know early on props wanted to put him in a Rolex, then research said a man of his stature at the time would have worn an Omega. Then they sourced the Deville he wore most of the series.
