I received a 105.003-56 Speedmaster. The bezel is too good to be true. So maybe it is not true. I have done a Forum and outside search to see if anyone is fabrication exact reproductions. I would appreciate any input. I will be happy to post pictures if this will help. There are other issues with this watch but I should keep it simple.

    You mean 105.003 1965 not 1956.
    Photos please.
    Lots of photos.

Yes it is a '65. Thanks. Sorry for the lousy photo but this one is the best of 20! What I am not capturing (amongst other issues with this picture) is that the silver numbers, dots, etc, shine under exposed light like a new silver coin. There is no slash mark going through the 6 in the 65. It's late here and I'll send more pictures tomorrow. Definitely work on my technique. Thanks in advance.

    The bezel looks correct.
As far as I know nobody has ever succeeded in copying them ..there have been several bad attempts in the past and rumors say a big English part distributor is working on repros you can’t differ from originals

    It looks great.

It isn't in perfect condition, it has got a ding and chip between 6 and 7 oclock on the bezel.

    Good catch on the bezel.

Gotta remember that the 105.003-65 isn't that old a model, it ran well into 145.012 territory.

There are some great DONs out there still. This one on a 321 is on a 105.012 CB
Am sure there are many more.
But a very nice one indeed 105.003. Congrats

Threads like this totally obscure the reality of DONs or vintage Speedies available on the market. We do have a massive concentration in here, dear fellow inmates..
