Hello, I came across a bezel that I believe is very rare and need expert opinion. Pictures are attached. Any help confirming if this is in fact rare is appreciated.

I was given this by my grandfather who was a watchmaker I want to get confirmation that this is in fact rare. Do you think the condition is really rough?

 

I'm hardly an expert in this and can't speak to authenticity, but yes the condition is rough, but given the age of it.

Unfortunately no watches. He was a watchmaker and didn't sell watches. I did have some other rare 70's inserts for another watch brand. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention other brands on here.

 

Yes you can mention other brands, even whole sections on other watches, take a look around, some might be offended if you mention quartz though so be careful
