Is there any such strap that doesn't look good with a Speedy?

Does it look good to you?
    That's what's important.

I have to say it looks great. I personally am going to start looking for a rally strap I'm thinking in [IMG]a light brown leather. I think I found one.

Hmmm. I hate to be the t*rd in the punch bowl, but I don’t like it. I think that Speedy is sort of a dignified instrument. It even says “professional” on the dial! The strap you have on it just seems way dressed down to me. When I see that watch, I think of all those crew cut astronauts from the 60s. Not the flower children of Haight-Ashbury. That strap reminds me of the latter.

But as an earlier poster said, if you like it, that’s all that matters. That one is just not for me. When I get my Speedy. Some day.

I concur. I believe dark brown works better, even suede. This one is B&R and just had one from Heuerville delivered which I need to try out.

I have yet to find a strap that doesn't work with the Speedy, to be honest. Unfortunately I also haven't found the perfect strap yet. Though I'm working on it...

Looks good to me! The monochromatic Speedy looks good with almost any straps.

There is no such thing, it might for a few days after fitting, but then the search continues. All part of the fun.

Well, I prefer the more classic ones and I never understood the stiched lug-ends deckchair style. I might be an authenticity fascist...

I think the stitched lug ends make a "distressed style" strap. They just seem to frame the case nicely. 403E604B-1751-457C-AA5F-ACB71CE83786.jpeg 2198C65C-6730-4E66-BBFF-27E2BC918CE4.jpeg
