Ref 111.0101 serial # in the 36 mil. range. That seems to date it around 1973. I've seen one of v these that looked the same except in gold, but the De Ville on the dial was in script on the gold face.
It looks good to me, but maybe too good, but I'm far from being an expert.

Edit to add: I like it a lot... I get some Nomos/ Max Bill vibes. ..

 

It's probably original. The Ω symbol and fonts look correct for that era. Also, the entire phrase SWISS MADE is aligned to the bottom of the dial instead of the gap between SWISS and MADE being aligned to the center bottom.
