No ref number, but movement is cal.611 manual wind. Serial number apparently dates back to 1965. I checked Omega's vintage watch database and could not find anything that matches this watch with a cal.611. The date frame isn't bevelled, and the hours hand seems a tad short. I'm pretty new to vintage watches so any advice is appreciated!

 

It does look like a legit 132.015. Not a high value item, especially in gold plated metal, but it's in pretty good condition. Still need inside pictures to be sure though.
