Difficult to be absolutely certain without a picture of the movement. My take is that this is a woman’s watch. The market for antique and vintage women’s watches is poor, so I don’t know why anyone would fake an Omega watch for a woman. Is it a woman’s watch that you are interested in? If you buy it and it turns out to be a fake, I claim no liability.
