Dear fellow members, I am considering the 2254 as a daily beater - it looks robust and easy on the eyes *and* is not thick as a puck. The Seiko Marinemaster 300 is great but towering at 15mm... So, back to the topic at hand: I like the Great White but hate complications (even the date is too much), the 2254 however has blue and black dial options but no white... Is there some middle ground or a sister/sibling model that I have to check? Already combed the forum for modding threads but would very much like to leave this as a last option (if at all feasible). Great White dial, 2254 case/size/thickness, three hands (and the inevitable date) - GO! Thank you
This is closer to the Bond SMP (no sword hands) but indeed, white dial and all... I'm sure something will come up - the Omega universe of models and variations is so vast, I am already lost into the America's Cup cupboard... LOL Thank you for the picture - speaks a thousand words!
