Just buy a strap tool. You can stretch or compress the lug end of a strap by up to 1.5 mm. You can also extend the length of a short strap, or compress a long strap down, by up to 4 mm. We used to call them strap stretchers. They're made by the same company that makes the wire stretching tool, for when you run any type of electrical wire (from 20 gauge up to 8 gauge) and end up a foot or 2 too short.

Is that the same company that makes the special buckets to catch the voltage drops?

They also supply grid squares to the US Army, as well as cold weather air for tires and blinker fluid. They are quite diversified. The name of the company is Snipe Holdings LLC. You sometimes need to hunt for their products though.

You can also buy a lug compressor from the same company and make your watch fit the strap size.

Blinker Fluid! That's what I forgot to have the shop change during the last maintenance visit for my car. No wonder it's running a little funny.

Thanks for the reminder!

I have one of them myself.

You could contact an OB and they can help. The San Diego OB has staff that would be able to help you.

For a serious answer to your question @ac106 -- Omega does not make their own straps. Jean Rousseau is the OEM for the FOIS strap. You can order essentially the same exact strap on their website in any size that you please, for much less than Omega would charge you for it (though still not cheap). Shoot them an email if you want to make sure you get the correct color and leather you're looking for.

To be honest I fell for it 50%. It didn’t really seem right but I thought maybe @ulackfocus wasn’t being a complete asshole for 30 seconds and it’s just something I never heard of...

Turns out I should’ve known he wouldn’t let me down

Thanks, that makes it even funnier!

ps - you reap what you sow. Now go check your blinker fluid level.

Wow the irony in that sentence made my head just about explode
