the local omega service center in Toronto is quite responsive. phone, email or in person.. very helpful.
Takes them anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks to respond to Extract requests, but if you keep on them they might respond quicker.
I sent them an email asking to validate a country code on a warranty card, and received a reply within hours. I was actually kind of impressed.
Usually about a day. However, someone from customer service picks up your call and can answer most of your questions, including status of you watch being serviced (which you can also do online).
Mine was sent out through my local jeweler. I emailed them myself two weeks ago and my jeweler did about 10 days ago. I'm disappointed in the quality of my watch service and quality of customer service afterwords.
