·I am not well-versed in vintage V&C but I think that the movement is likely authentic. However, the serial number seems to suggest that the movement dates to pre-1925, which seems too early for the design of the case and dial. Additionally, my intuition is that the movement looks quite large for a wristwatch caliber. Do you know the diameter of the movement? Also, do you have a photo of the inside of the case-back?

·Dial appears to be from 40’s and I believe should be powered by the cal. 453 which this is not.
