It's much easier for everyone if you upload a picture, rather than a link to a link that not everyone can open.

The price is what it is..
It shows to have had a polishing in the past. you can see it reflected in the lug holes, crater looking.. No big deal..

The spectrum from Polished to Over Polished is so subjective.

Given the age of these Modern Classics, I'd be ok with this as a daily wearer. There are much worse examples around at similar price...

Far from over polished in my eyes...but some need perfect cases...I wonder if they ever look at the dial of the watch.....

its the angles that throw me off, i think there is a mint or almost mint example at the rolex boutique but getting up there is such a hassle

No, I doubt it is a service dial. The "Swiss" only dials were used for a short period of time, right before/overlapping the "Swiss Made"..

I meant do people look at dials of watches anymore? That's the focus and most important to me vintage or modern. And it's not a service dial, swiss only transitional dials are a known thing around 1999 which coincides with the a serial.

Looks acceptable to me. Polished yes but not unusual.
