Do all Omega bracelets fit other watches with the same lug width?

I have a watch with a 19mm lug width. Will any Omega bracelet with a 19mm end link fit it or are they all different? Is there a compatibility chart someplace?

No they don’t. There is a thread detailing compatible end pieces for vintage watches

Thanks. I was wondering if I could buy a 19mm bracelet from someone like Uncle Seiko and have it work.

I didn't know if those compatibility charts were for people striving for what was sold OEM or just what will work.

No they’re just OEM. I’m sure if you search the forum people will have asked similar questions before though re Uncle Seiko

Some will fit well, some will be tolerable, some will fit poorly. It depends on the curvature of the case, the position of the spring-bar holes, the length of the lugs, etc.

The forum search function is really good and can usually find popular threads like this quite easily.

Perfect thanks so beads of rice with 11 endlinks ? Would it be 511 ? Whats the reason for the 5?

This chart is from the late 60’s I assume. The 11 Endlinks became 511 at some point without any significant changes to the profile so a watch that takes 511 Endlinks will also take 11 Endlinks. Same with 570 and 70 etc.

That is an 18mm end-link, not 19mm as in the OP.

Uncle Seiko makes decent quality affordable aftermarket bracelets for a number of Omega as well as Seiko watches. If you check website they show specific options. If you have questions send email with your watch reference and they will answer.
Here is a flat link Speedmaster example.

I bought an Uncle Seiko bracelet for the constellation just last week, and it doesn't fit my pie pan 168.0065. The end links just doesnt fit to the case.
