    Not Scuba but diving from a diving board/platform. Can a watch take this level of shock? I'm think specifically of the new 300m.

    Only if you open the Helium valve first and fill with Helium appropriately.

    No issues but I’d recommend a once yearly water check.

    Personally I’d not do it but it can take it. Make sure all crowns are screwed in.

    Thanks. I'm not too concerned since it's insured for anything, but I don't want to do something that will damage it for sure. I don't really do much diving anyways.

    300m is 30x the sea level pressure. Momentary g load should be less then golf or tennis.
