    The dark blue tint is caused by the antireflective coating. It's a black dial and bezel, and if it isn't a Rolex Submariner of some type it's a clone.

    The bezel is red from the 12 to 4 hours position and looks like black otherwise. See the video at 1:19. Are there two-tone Submariner bezels with red from 12 to 4? The images I'm seeing are red from 3 to 9.
