Dear OF,

Up for sale is my beautiful and original Tudor Submariner 7928.

Tudor introduced the ref. 7928 in 1959, and it was in continuous production for nearly 10 years. It is in my opinion one of the most classic Tudor sports models.

This stunning example has a serial number 571***, which dates back to 1966. The thick 39mm case is in very well preserved condition with large and sharp chamfers with very light age related wear (60 years old!). The dial is in excellent condition and the luminous material on the hour markers matches the hands. The Rolex cal. 390 movement runs well, I have attached a Timegrapher photo. However, service history is unknown. There seems to be a very small crack in the glass at 12 o’clock. I haven’t done anything to the watch and decided to leave it as is. The watch comes on a new nato strap.

In short;
Diameter: 39mm without crown
Movement: Rolex cal. 390
Bracelet: Nato strap
Serial number: 571*** (1966)

Priced at 9800 EUR net to me.
Watch is in the Netherlands.
Bank wire payment preferred.
DHL express shipment is available for actual costs.
No Return

Always happy to answer questions or send additional photos. Please correct me if I made mistakes in the description.

If I didn't have an almost identical watch, I'd be seriously considering this one. Great example and free bump!

FYI, the lift angle on a cal 390 should be set at 50º, not 52º. Correcting this will alter the amplitude for a more reliable reading.
