So.. I need your help on this one. A Longines that looks to be in great shape, but the ink on the dial just seems too sharp and clear. Other points: Second dial ink blurred out into the rings Lume seems to be original and has a nice patina to it (a sign that the dial is original?) The white paint is on the sides of both index and numerals (either they were 'stamped' or it's a proof of a redial) What do you think?
I would need to see other watches with the same reference and dial, but I lean towards a redial. gatorcpa
Very likely a redial. I don't recall having seen the two (tritium) "T"s on this type of model, and the "SWISS MADE" lettering looks of questionable quality.
I am convinced that the dial has been undergoing a refurbish, thank you! Noticed that the top of the minute hand wheel pinion is brass or gold coloured on the left one and steel/rhodium plated on the right one.
I believe that the cannon pinion on both watches is steel. The angle/lighting is betraying you. https://omegaforums.net/threads/longines-cal-30l-iceblue-dial-1961-excellent-condition.27440/
